In 1974, Kizakura Brewery built a plant in Tamba, which is equipped with the latest facilities to utilize new brewing technology. Tamba, located to the west of Kyoto is the home of master brewers "Toji". Kizakura aims to maintain the elegant taste characteristic to Kizakura sake that is compatible with today's lifestyles.

Fushimi / Misu Plant
Completed in 1965, the plant is fully equipped with in-house rice milling equipment, material processing equipment as well as a fermentation process control system to brew better Kizakura.

Numerous vintages of Kizakura sake were born here.
